Our immediate care will be available evenings Monday through Friday and Saturdays and Sundays.
Walk ins welcome but you may also schedule an appointment through our online booking on home page.
For patients without insurance or those patients with high deductibles who may choose not to submit their claim, Resurrection Medical Immediate Care offers straightforward self-pay pricing. There are many things you worry about regarding your health care, but the price shouldn't be one of them.
- Have insurance? We do not accept insurance at this time but can provide you with a superbill if you choose to file insurance. We are currently working on being able to provide insurance coverage for our services and will let everyone know when that is available.
- No insurance? Our transparent self-pay pricing is a flat rate for the immediate care visit (see pricing below). Additional charges may apply for certain labs and durable medical equipment. Every visit includes an examination, medical history, vital signs, and take-home instructions.
- Payment in full is required at the time of service. Prices are effective September 24, 2025, and are subject to change.
- Not for use with insurance. Self-pay only. Not for workers’ compensation care.
*Self-pay services are offered for anyone paying without using insurance. Participation in self-pay pricing cannot be combined with commercial, federal, or State insurance benefits.
Posted Immediate Care self-pay rates only apply to Immediate Care service visits and do not include Occupational Medicine, Workers' Compensation, and Sports/School/Immigration Physicals. *Additional charges may apply due to medications, injectables, etc. You may receive additional charges and bills for services rendered by external entities that could include but are not limited to labs and DME.

Our goal and commitment to the community of Seward is to provide needed basic immediate healthcare services after regular business hours and on weekends that some patients may have normally had no other option than to seek emergency room care. We can provide these basic immediate care services in office and have the experience and knowledge to refer to the emergency department when indicated.
Owner and sole provider, Julie Crites, DNP, NP-c has over 34 years of prehospital experience as a Paramedic/Firefighter, as an emergency medicine and urgent care provider and as a dual trained doctorate level emergency and family medicine practitioner.
Our mission is not to replace your primary care provider but to provide you with an alternative to the emergency department for basic urgent healthcare concerns when your primary care provider is not available after normal business hours. We also are working diligently to become in an in network provider with the most common commercial insurance payers in our community so you don’t have to worry about the expense of seeing an out of network provider.
